These are small bulbs from field clearing, listed as seedlings, but they can also be eaten without planting.
They are delicious eaten raw with vinegar miso, or pickled in salt or made into tempura.
If planted as seed bulbs, they will grow larger, and by dividing the bulbs, they will multiply greatly each year.
They will be shipped cut to about 5cm and packed in a cardboard box specifically for Nekoposu delivery.
